We provide self-storage unit rentals. Online reservations and payments are subject to unit availability and the separate storage rental agreement you sign at move-in (or electronically).

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for rent, fees, and any applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in late fees, unit lockout, or other remedies allowed under your rental agreement and West Virginia law.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, 3D unit imagery, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Keyser Storage and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by West Virginia law, Keyser Storage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or online services. Our liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days, if any.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mineral County, West Virginia.
